Also known as Part C plans, are a type of Medicare health plan that bundles Part A, Part B, and usually Part D coverage into one plan. These plans are offered by private companies that are approved by Medicare and must follow Medicare rules.
Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) is additional insurance that you can purchase from a private health insurance company to help cover your share of out-of-pocket costs in Original Medicare.
Medicare Part D is a program that helps cover the cost of prescription drugs, including many recommended shots or vaccines.
